Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end execution of the learning & development projects for B2B clientele.
  • Work with existing clientele to identify training & development opportunities to increase revenue per client.
  • Provide the client with exceptional client success and project management experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects.
  • Monitor all critical project timelines.
  • Coordinate operational issues with respective function heads for timely completion of deliverables.
  • Handle client escalations and resolve them through unique solutions.
  • Be the single point of contact for assigned clients. Schedule and attend client meetings with relevant stakeholders for smooth project execution.
  • Adhere to all compliances terms such as executing contracts, service agreements, NDA and vendor registration as per TAT.
  • Maintain and update project trackers on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in psychology or any other discipline
  • Master’s degree in any discipline
  • 4-7 years of experience in a relevant domain

Skills & Expertise

  • Ability to provide exceptional client experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Out of the box and critical thinking.
  • Must be well-versed with MS-Office.
  • Knowledge of G-Suite and related tools.
  • Technologically savvy.
  • Experience in and knowledge of learning & development industry (Good to have).

Remuneration

  • Based on current CTC; competitive as per industry standards

 Work Timings

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM from Monday to Friday
